Arindam Ghosh
Founder
Arindam has been an outstanding leader and professional entrepreneur in financial services in India and Asia-Pacific region across Asset Management, Wealth Management, NBFC and Fintech. Previously, Arindam was associated with Mirae Asset Global Investment, Hong Kong, spearheading their Asia Pacific business. Subsequently as CEO, he built their Indian Mutual fund venture from scratch, established a rock solid foundation and helped it blossom into a high quality Financial Institution. He was also associated in senior leadership roles, with Fidelity (Asia Pacific), Tata Mutual Fund and the A V Birla Group (Financial Services Venture).
U. R. Bhat
Co-founder
U.R. Bhat is one of India’s highly acclaimed investment managers having managed foreign institutional investments in the Indian market. He was the Chief Investment Officer of Jardine Fleming which subsequently became a part of JP Morgan. He joined the Dalton group UK , to lead their entry into India and advising foreign institutional investors investing in India. He has been closely involved in formulating policies for benchmark indices for the Stock Exchange, Mumbai as a member of its Index Committee. U.R. Bhat has done his M.Sc. from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London.
Nanda S
Co-founder
Co - Founder and Director Nanda S has been an accomplished professional in the financial services industry. His career stints across TATA AIG, ICICI Bank won him many accolades. Thereafter he became a successful & consummate entrepreneur at a young age. His deep passion for Investments made him an avid investor across global markets and asset classes based in London. He is an MBA, LSE alumni.
Akshay Badjate
Director & Head – Investments
Akshay brings with him over 15 years of experience in the Indian capital markets and is extremely passionate about equity investing. Previously, he was the co-founder at Rubicon Capital, a boutique advisory firm. Akshay also has rich experience of working with global organisations such as Nomura and JPMorgan Chase.
Atul Thombre
CTO
Atul has rich experience in delivering technology solutions. He has led two start-ups in product development and has architected several large and complex enterprise systems. His expertise lies in forming, managing and leading engineering teams for delivery of enterprise, cloud and mobile solutions. His past experience includes tenures at Websym Technologies as CTO and at iSynergy Techsys Pvt Ltd as CEO & Co-founder. Atul is a graduate in Mechanical engineering with an MBA from San Jose State University, USA. He holds a patent for the meta-model for versioning repositories and is an avid reader with a passion for astronomy.
Prashant Bhingarde
Head of Sales
Prashant is an accomplished, enterprising senior management professional with a rich experience of over 15 years in managing Business Unit Operations for Institutional Sales and driving growth & excellence initiatives. An entrepreneurial mindset and experience of scaling up sales combined with a strategic approach. His career stints with Thomson Reuters, Cogencis & AVIVA brings complex & sophisticated investment domain solution sales at the core with - # Strategic Planning # Institutional (B2B/B2B2C) Business Development # Start-up Culture # New Initiatives # Senior Business Leader. Prashant is a post-graduate in MFM from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
